Kosmovision is operated by Mainspring Data LLC. By using it you agree to what follows. It is written to be read.
Kosmovision computes charts from birth data across a number of divinatory and astrological traditions, and produces written interpretations of them. The calculations are performed with established astronomical libraries and reference tables. The written interpretations are composed by a language model from those calculations.
It is offered for reflection, curiosity and self-knowledge. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and nothing in it should be used in place of a qualified professional. Do not rely on it to make a decision that a professional should be making with you.
You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. You must be 13 or older. Enter birth data for other people only where it is reasonable to do so; if someone asks you to remove their details, remove them.
Explorer and Navigator are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, and they renew automatically until cancelled. A free trial, where offered, is one per account; if you cancel before it ends you are not charged. You can cancel at any time from inside the app, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
The Blueprint and the individual tradition packs are one-time purchases. They do not renew, and what you bought stays available to you.
Prices are shown before you buy, in US dollars, and applicable tax is added at checkout. If we change a price, the change applies from your next renewal and you will be told first.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Nothing here takes away a right you have under the consumer law of the place you live.
If something did not work, or you were charged for something you did not intend to buy, write to [email protected] within 30 days and we will refund it. We would rather refund you than argue about it.
Do not resell or redistribute the readings as a service of your own, scrape the app, attempt to break its access controls, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend an account that does.
Your birth data, journal entries and questions remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store that data, compute from it, and send the computed chart to the model that writes your reading. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising. See the privacy policy.
We try to keep the service running and we do not promise it will never be unavailable. Features change over time. If we discontinue something you paid for outright, we will tell you and make it right.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
If these terms change materially, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and tell you in the app.

Kosmovision calcula cartas a partir de datos de nacimiento en varias tradiciones astrológicas y adivinatorias, y produce interpretaciones escritas de ellas. Los cálculos se hacen con bibliotecas astronómicas establecidas y tablas de referencia. Las interpretaciones escritas las compone un modelo de lenguaje a partir de esos cálculos.
Se ofrece para la reflexión, la curiosidad y el autoconocimiento. No es consejo médico, psicológico, legal ni financiero, y nada aquí sustituye a un profesional cualificado. No lo uses para tomar una decisión que un profesional debería estar tomando contigo.
Necesitas una cuenta, y eres responsable de lo que ocurra en ella. Debes tener 13 años o más. Ingresa datos de nacimiento de otras personas solo cuando sea razonable hacerlo; si alguien te pide que borres sus datos, bórralos.
Explorer y Navigator son suscripciones, cobradas mensual o anualmente por Stripe, y se renuevan automáticamente hasta que las canceles. La prueba gratuita, donde se ofrezca, es una por cuenta; si cancelas antes de que termine, no se te cobra. Puedes cancelar cuando quieras desde dentro de la app, y la cancelación surte efecto al final del periodo que ya pagaste.
El Blueprint y los packs de tradiciones son compras únicas. No se renuevan, y lo que compraste sigue disponible para ti.
Los precios se muestran antes de comprar, en dólares estadounidenses, y el impuesto aplicable se añade al pagar. Si cambiamos un precio, el cambio aplica desde tu siguiente renovación y te lo diremos antes.
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Wyoming, Estados Unidos, sin atender a sus normas de conflicto de leyes. Nada de esto te quita un derecho que tengas bajo la ley de consumo del lugar donde vives.
Si algo no funcionó, o se te cobró algo que no querías comprar, escribe a [email protected] dentro de 30 días y lo reembolsamos. Preferimos devolverte el dinero a discutirlo.
No revendas ni redistribuyas las lecturas como servicio propio, no extraigas datos de forma automatizada, no intentes romper los controles de acceso, ni la uses para acosar a nadie. Podemos suspender una cuenta que lo haga.
Tus datos de nacimiento, tu diario y tus preguntas siguen siendo tuyos. Nos das solo el permiso necesario para operar el servicio para ti: guardar esos datos, calcular con ellos, y enviar la carta calculada al modelo que escribe tu lectura. No los vendemos ni los usamos para publicidad. Consulta la política de privacidad.
Intentamos mantener el servicio en marcha y no prometemos que nunca deje de estar disponible. Las funciones cambian con el tiempo. Si retiramos algo que compraste de una vez, te lo diremos y lo compensaremos.
En la medida en que la ley lo permita, nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamación relacionada con el servicio se limita a lo que nos pagaste en los doce meses anteriores. Nada de esto limita la responsabilidad que legalmente no puede limitarse.
